The goal is to empower final year students to step into the corporate world feeling confident, capable, and ready to succeed providing 1000 professional clothes annually.

The Career Development Programme is a 2-day training programme for female professionals that includes presentations, case studies, small-group exercises, and self-assessments providing a platform for introspection, and grooming for women to expand their repertoire of leadership, career, and management strategies. The Women’s Career Development Workshop is a cornerstone of our leadership agenda, providing a platform for introspection, mentorship, and strategic career planning.
It aims to provide participants with essential skills and knowledge for success in high-performance roles. The workshop enhances executive women’s leadership and management strategies, promotes self-awareness, and equips them with tools for growth and innovation. Participants are guided to lead effectively and create personal action plans to achieve their career goals.
